What are the payment methods which you accept?

Currently, we accept payments via PayPal, Cheque or Bank Transfer to our corporate bank account.

What should I do if I face a problem with my website?

In the event that your website is down, not working or you face any other issues, you can login into your account on this website and submit a ticket. Our support team will address the issue right away depending on your support plan.

Does it matter which web hosting company I use to host my website?

All hosts are different. They can vary depending on the services they provide, their uptime, speed, performance etc. We would strongly recommend you to host your website with us as it gives us better control to perform updates and fixes. However we are happy to work with any web host you prefer.


Can I change my plan after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade as you wish. Do contact us via support@manage-wordpress.com and we’ll be glad to help.

Where is your team located?

We are located in Singapore. We are a team of professional WordPress specialists who enjoy helping people achieve their online goals.

What is the difference between support and development?

If you encounter a problem with your website and it needs to be fixed and can be solved with 30 mins or you have question or in need of advice, that is called support and you can submit the support ticket by logging into your account on this website. On the other hand, if you would like to change or alter how your website works or add new functionalities, that is called development.

What are your support hours?

We provide standard support from 9am to 6pm (Mon to Sat). In case of emergency, do send us an e-mail to support@manage-wordpress.com

Can I install plugins myself?

It is best not to install plugins yourself as we test new plugins for incompatibility issues before deploying them. Some plugins if incompatible may break your site and even cause a blank white page to appear.

My website has malware. Can you clean it up?

If you are a new client, we charge a one-off emergency hack cleanup fee. If your website manages to get hacked again under our care, the subsequent cleanups will be free of charge. Once a sie

What happens after I sign up?

Once you have signed up and your first month’s payment has been processed, we will send you a form to fill your WordPress Logins (Admin Panel) and also your cPanel logins which belongs to your hosting account. We will securely save that in our system. To get tasks done, you simply have to send an e-mail to support@manage-wordpress.com  and our WordPress team will get your job done asap depending on the plan you have chosen. You will receive updates along the way.

Do you offer hosting?

Yes we do! We use Siteground’s hosting services for our clients as they offer one of the best hosting plans specially for WordPress platforms which will increase the loading speed of your site and has bulletproof security and easy to use features.

It will also help us get your tasks done efficiently. Backups are also taken on a daily basis on Siteground compared with your own hosting provider, so if you ever need a restoration, one click is all that is needed. This is a highly recommended option. Are there any hidden charges?

No! We do not have any sign-up fees or any other hidden charges. The only price you pay is the price of your monthly subscription support plan.

What is your response time?

You can expect quick responses from our support team. Our WordPress specialists work extremely hard to ensure your support tasks are completed quickly. We constantly aim to get back to you within 24 hours max once you submit a ticket.

Most of the time, you can expect a reply within 2 hours on average, sometimes even quicker! Our ticket system is in operation 24/7 for any urgent requests (site down etc).

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any costs. But prior notice is required. You will need to fill out the cancellation request form which we will send you once you request for cancellation of the service. Service will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no service fees will be refunded for the current billing period. We will process the cancellation asap and you will not incur any future charges or cancellation fees.

Do you support multiple sites?

Our monthly support packages are for a single WordPress website only. If you have multiple sites, contact us for discounts.
